Ingredients

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup sliced onions

4 slices Panera multi-grain sliced bread or Panera® whole grain ancient grains sliced bread

4 oz thickly sliced roasted turkey

3 1/2 oz brie, sliced
>
2 oz apple, sliced
>
1/2 cup arugula
Steps

In skillet, heat oil over low heat. Add onion and cook to caramelize until golden brown, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

Heat a panini press or reheat skillet over medium heat. Layer turkey, brie, apple, and onions on two slices of bread and top with remaining slices.

Toast in panini press for 3-4 minutes or skillet for 2 minutes per side. Add arugula to finish the sandwiches.
