Ingredients

1 rotisserie chicken chilled

1 (16 oz) container ricotta cheese

1 tbsp minced garlic

2 tsp oregano
>
1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 1/2 cup tomato sauce
>
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
>
1 French baguette

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Shred chicken into small pieces, discarding skin and bones.

In a small bowl, mix together ricotta with garlic and oregano.

Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray. Layer the ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and chicken in 3 layers. Top with the bread crumbs.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cut the baguette into slices and serve alongside the dip.
