2 1/2 lbs parsnips

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp rosemary leaves

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Caesar with Greek Yogurt

2 tsp Tabasco hot sauce

Preheat oven to 450°F. Peel the parsnips and cut into 2-inch-long sticks.

In a large bowl, toss parsnips with the oil, rosemary leaves, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined large baking sheet. Roast 20–25 min., until tender, stirring halfway through.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the Caesar dressing and Tabasco. Serve parsnips with dressing.
