2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, thawed

1/4 cup protein granola

In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the peanut butter 10–15 sec., until smooth and runny.

In a glass or bowl, layer ½ cup Greek yogurt. Drizzle 1 tbsp peanut butter over yogurt. Add ¼ cup mixed berries followed by 2 tbsp granola. Repeat layers once more with remaining ingredients, finishing with granola on top.
