Peanut Butter & Maple Dip

This is a great after school snack: The apples provide fiber and the yogurt and peanut butter are packed with protein. Plus, it tastes great!

> 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
> 1/3 cup peanut butter
> 2 tbsp maple syrup
> 1 apple, cut in 8 wedges
> 1 banana, sliced
> 1 cup strawberries


Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup together thoroughly in a medium bowl. Serve immediately with fruit.


Dips can be made a day ahead and refrigerated. If preparing the fruit ahead, make sure to sprinkle apples and bananas with lemon juice to avoid browning.
