This coleslaw recipe has just the right balance of sour and sweet thanks to equal parts apple cider vinegar and sugar and it’s ready in just 5 minutes.

> 1 (14 oz) bag coleslaw mix
> 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
> 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
> 2 tbsp sugar
> 3 tbsp  relish


Set coleslaw mix in a large bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl until well combined. Toss with the coleslaw mix until fully coated.
