This one-step sauce brings together spicy and sweet. It goes well as a dipping sauce with most Asian fare, and also makes a great salad dressing or marinade.

> ¼ cup rice vinegar
> ⅓ cup soy sauce
> 1 tsp sesame oil
> 2 tsp minced ginger
> 3 tbsp honey
> 1 tsp minced garlic
> ¼ tsp crushed red pepper


In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil together. Add honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper, and whisk to combine.


EASY MIXING: Throw ingredients in a jar and shake to combine.
