> 4 (4- 5 oz each) hamburger patties
> 4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
> 1/2 cup prepared pimiento cheese spread
> 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
> 4 leaves butter lettuce, torn in half
Set grill or grill pan to medium. Season the hamburger patties on both sides with salt and pepper. Place burgers on grill and cook 4–5 min. per side, or until desired doneness.
Transfer burgers to buns and immediately top each with 2 tbsp pimiento cheese spread. Top with tomato slice, lettuce, and bun tops.
