Ingredients

> 1 (28.2 oz) pkg frozen self-rising crust four cheese pizza
> 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
> 1/4 cup chopped dill or bread-and-butter pickles
> 3/4 cup store-bought prepared pulled pork
> 1/2 jalapeno, thinly sliced (optional)
> 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
> Chopped parsley, to garnish (optional)

Steps

1
Place a baking sheet in the oven and preheat oven to 400°F. Remove the frozen pizza from its packaging and scatter the onion slices and chopped pickles over top. Spread the pulled pork over pizza. If using, top with the jalapeño slices. Carefully transfer pizza onto preheated baking sheet. Bake 15–18 min., until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
2
Once pizza is done, transfer to a cutting board. Drizzle the barbecue sauce on top and garnish with the parsley, if desired. Slice into pieces and serve.
