Pizza with Lemon-Pepper Tuna and Arugula

Tuna and spicy arugula make this pizza something special.

Ingredients

> 1 (13.8 oz) tube refrigerated pizza dough
> 1 cup pizza sauce
> 1 (12 oz) pkg  fajita blend fresh vegetables
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
> 2 (2.6 oz) pkgs lemon pepper tuna, drained
> 1 cup baby arugula

Steps

Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll dough onto a baking sheet. Spread the sauce over the dough leaving a 1-inch border.

Toss the vegetables with the olive oil and arrange over the pizza. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Bake 30 min., or until crust is crisp and golden and vegetables are softened. Top with tuna and arugula.

Tips

To make crust shine, brush with extra olive oil.
