Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

Ingredients

> 4 oz Starbucks ® Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate Pumpkin Spice
> 4 oz water
> 4 oz 2% milk
> 2 tbsp Sweet Pumpkin Spice Syrup (instructions below)

Sweet Pumpkin Spice Syrup;

> 1 cup water
> 1/2 cup granulated sugar
> 1/2 cup brown sugar
> 6 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
> 1 tsp vanilla extract
> 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

To make Sweet Pumpkin Spice Syrup;

Place water, sugar, pumpkin purée, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice into a sauté pan.

Simmer for 4 minutes until the sugars are melted.

Strain through fine mesh strainer into a container.

Store and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

To make Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam;

After making the Sweet Pumpkin Spice Syrup, pour Starbucks® Cold Brew Pumpkin Spice Flavored Concentrate into a glass over ice, add water and stir.

Put the milk and Sweet Pumpkin Spice Syrup in an aeretor and froth using the cold foam setting. If using a handheld frother, pour ingredients into a separate container and froth until fluffy.

Gently pour on top of your iced coffee. Enjoy.
