A festive way to present store-bought antipasti that’s sure to impress your guests, this easy showstopper will also perfume the air with the delectable scent of fresh rosemary.

Ingredients

> 1/2 (8 oz) chub dried salami
> 3 (0.75 oz) pkgs fresh rosemary sprigs
> 1 (3 oz) pkg sliced prosciutto
> 8 oz fresh mini mozzarella balls (ciliegine), drained and patted dry
> 1/2 cup green olives
> Wide red ribbon
> Toothpicks

Steps

Cut the salami into ½-inch chunks. Tie the ribbon into a bow.

On a large board or platter, arrange the rosemary sprigs into a 12-inch round wreath. Roll the prosciutto slices into rosettes.

Tuck salami cubes, mozzarella balls, prosciutto rosettes, and olives among rosemary sprigs around wreath. Place bow on wreath. Serve with toothpicks.
