Ingredients

> 2 slices vegan wholegrain bread
> 1 tbsps Pure Blends Avocado Oil Plant-Based Butter
> 2 slices vegan cheese alternative
> 1 slice tomato
> 4 slices avocado

Steps

Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Spread one slice of bread with 1 ½ tsp Pure Blends™ Avocado Oil Plant-Based Butter, then place butter side down onto hot skillet. Top with one slice of “cheese”, tomato, avocado and remaining slice of “cheese”

Spread other slice of bread with remaining 1 ½ tsp Avocado Oil Plant-Based Butter and place butter side up on top.

Cook until light browned on one side. Flip over and cook until “cheese” is melted.
