Ingredients

> 8 pitted prunes
> 2/3 cup dried apricots
> 1/4 cup golden raisins
> 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
> 2 cups plain yogurt
> 3 tbsp honey

Steps

Coarsely chop the prunes and apricots and mix them with the raisins in a bowl.

Toast the oatmeal in a non-stick pan until lightly browned. Let cool on a plate.

Spoon the yogurt into 4 bowls. Top with the toasted oatmeal and dried fruit and drizzle with honey.

Tips

Replace the dried fruit with fresh seasonal fruit.
