1 (14 oz) bag frozen pearl onions

4 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp curry powder

2 tbsp dark brown sugar

Add the onions, ½ cup water, ketchup, curry powder, and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until thick, 15 min. For best results, cool completely and serve with cheese, steak, chicken, or on a sandwich.
