Ingredients

1 (12 oz) pkg frozen red raspberries, thawed

1/2 (16 oz) pkg frozen sliced peaches, thawed

1 tbsp lime juice

1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled

To blender, add raspberries, peaches (plus any juices from fruit) and lime juice. Purée until smooth. Press through a fine-mesh strainer into a serving pitcher, discarding any solids. Refrigerate mixture until cold, at least 30 min.

To serve, add the wine to pitcher and stir to combine. Serve in flutes.
Tips
For an extra flourish, garnish with fresh raspberries.
