Ingredients
>
1 cup butter + extra for greasing
>
1 cup unsweetened chocolate
>
1 vanilla pod
>
6 eggs
>
1 cup light brown sugar or granulated sugar
>
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
>
1 cup raspberries
>
7 tbsp white chocolate
Steps
1
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2
Grease the oven dish with some butter and line it with parchment paper.
3
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Meanwhile, coarsely chop the unsweetened chocolate.
4
Take the pan off the stove and stir the chopped chocolate into the butter until the chocolate is melted.

Cut open the vanilla pod and scrape out the pulp with the tip of a knife.
6
Add the pulp and the eggs to a large bowl. Beat with a mixer for 3 min until light and fluffy and gradually add the sugar.
7
Toss the melted chocolate and add it to the egg mixture while stirring. Sieve the flour above it and toss it in lightly.
8
Coarsely chop the white chocolate into pieces and carefully mix half of it through the batter together with the raspberries. Put in oven dish.
9
Distribute the rest of the raspberries and white chocolate over the brownies and bake for approx. 30 min in the middle of the oven.
10
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 hours. Cut into pieces.
