Raspberry Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients

> 1 ( 10 oz ) pkg frozen raspberries or mixed berries
> 2 tbsp lemon curd
> 1 tbsp confectioners' sugar

Steps

Combine frozen berries, lemon curd, sugar and 2 tbsp hot water in a food processor until very smooth. If still grainy after a few minutes add additional hot water by the teaspoonful. Serve immediately or store, covered, in the freezer for up to 3 days.
