Ingredients

1 cup mint leaves, stems removed

1 cup lime juice
>
ice cubes
>
1 liter raspberry lime seltzer water
For Garnish:
>
Raspberries
>
Fresh mint
>
Lime wedges
Steps

Place mint leaves in the bottom of a large pitcher.

Gently muddle the mint with a muddler or a wooden spoon.

Add lime juice to the mint.

Add a few handfuls of ice cubes.

Top with raspberry lime seltzer and stir gently until combined.

Pour and garnish each glass with fresh raspberries, a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
