Strawberry-Peach Sangria Pops

Your favorite summer cocktail gets even more refreshing when you turn it into an ice-cold pop for summer snacking. To make it kid-friendly, simply replace the wine with more grape juice.

> 2 peaches
> 1 cup sliced strawberries
> 1/2 cup dry white wine
> 1/2 cup white grape juice
> 2 tbsp sugar


Pit and slice the peaches. In a blender, purée the peaches, strawberries, wine, grape juice, ½ cup water, and sugar until smooth and sugar has dissolved. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a 4-cup measuring cup, pushing on solids.
Divide mixture among 6 ice pop molds and insert sticks. Freeze until solid.


When ready to eat, run the pops under warm water for a few seconds to release from molds.
