2 ears corn, husked

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise, to serve (optional)

Chopped cilantro

Chopped green onions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. With a large sharp knife, slice corncobs in half lengthwise. Cut each half lengthwise again to get 8 sets of "ribs".

In a small bowl, combine the oil, barbecue sauce, cumin, and cayenne. Brush sauce all over corn. Air fry 10 min., until corn is tender, in batches if needed.

Transfer corn to a platter and drizzle with the vegan mayonnaise, if desired. Garnish with the cilantro, green onions, and lime wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.
