Ravioli with Sage and Parmesan

An elegant starter that couldn’t be simpler to pull together. Don’t worry if the butter browns slightly as you cook the sage: It will still taste delicious.

Ingredients

> 1 (9 oz) pkg Simply Enjoy ravioli
> 3 tbsp butter
> 8  sage leaves
> 3 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps

Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ravioli, stir, boil for 4 min. Drain and divide among 2 plates.

Melt butter in a skillet and add the sage leaves. Sauté for 3 min. or until sage has wilted. Drizzle sage butter over ravioli and garnish with sautéed sage leaves. Top with shredded Parmesan.
