Honeydew “Bubble Tea”

Possibly the most refreshing beverage a summer brunch may encounter—and full of vitamins too. Pour the melon, orange and milk blend over fresh blueberries, add some ice and enjoy.

Ingredients

> 4 cups honeydew melon chunks (about 1/2 melon)
> 1 cup orange juice
> 1 cup skim milk
> 1 cup fresh blueberries or frozen

Steps

Blend honeydew, orange juice and milk in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Evenly distribute blueberries among four glasses, top with ice if desired and pour honeydew mixture over the ice and blueberries.
