Ingredients
>
Cooking spray
>
1 (16 oz) pkg Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough, room temperature
>
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
>
1/2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
>
1 tsp vanilla extract
>
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
>
1 (16 oz) pkg strawberries, hulled and sliced
>
1 (6 oz) pkg raspberries
>
1 pint blueberries
Steps
1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with the cooking spray. Starting from the center of pan, press the cookie dough pieces into even layer (it’s ok if it doesn’t go all the way to edge of pan). Bake 11–14 min., until set and lightly golden brown. Let crust cool completely in pan.
2
Meanwhile, using an electric mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese in a bowl 1–2 min., until smooth. Beat in the vanilla and a pinch of salt. With the mixer on low, slowly add sugar to incorporate, then increase speed to medium-high and beat until smooth.
3
Spread cream cheese frosting on cooled crust and decorate as desired with the berries. Cut into slices and serve.
