> 1 1/2 lbs radishes
> 3 tbsp olive oil


Preheat oven to 425℉. Trim radishes. Slice each radish in half and toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
Place radishes cut-sides down on a large rimmed baking sheet. Roast 15–20 min., until tender.
