24 Brussels sprouts

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp grapeseed oil

3 slices bacon, rendered and cut into 1-inch pieces

Cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise from top to bottom.

In a separate bowl, add maple syrup and apple cider vinegar, then whisk in 2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil.

In a sauté pan, add 1 Tbsp. of grapeseed oil over medium to high heat. Place Brussels sprouts in the pan and cook for approx. 4 min. on each side.

In a separate bowl, add the Brussels sprouts and bacon. Dress with maple vinaigrette and serve.
