Ronzoni® Angel Hair with Chicken, Pesto and Crumbled Goat Cheese

Ingredients

> 1 (16 oz) pkg Ronzoni® Angel Hair 
> 1 cup frozen peas
> 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
> 1/2 tsp salt
> 1/2 tsp pepper
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1 cup basil pesto
> 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled

Steps

Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain, reserving ⅓ cup cooking liquid.

Meanwhile, season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat; cook chicken for 5 to 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Toss together chicken, pasta and peas, reserved cooking liquid and pesto. Divide among dishes; sprinkle goat cheese over top.
