Ingredients

1 (16 oz) pkg Ronzoni® Angel Hair

1 cup frozen peas

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper
>
2 tbsp olive oil
>
1 cup basil pesto
>
1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled

Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain, reserving ⅓ cup cooking liquid.

Meanwhile, season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat; cook chicken for 5 to 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Toss together chicken, pasta and peas, reserved cooking liquid and pesto. Divide among dishes; sprinkle goat cheese over top.
Tips
For a kid-friendly version, substitute ricotta or grated Parmesan cheese for goat cheese.
For a bit of spicy heat, sprinkle each serving with a pinch of red chili flakes if desired.
