2 tbsps Sabra® Classic Hummus

1 slice sourdough bread, toasted

1/2 cup fresh spinach

1 tsp chopped garlic
>
1 egg, soft-boiled
>
red pepper flakes, to taste

salt, to taste

Spread Sabra® Classic Hummus over toasted sourdough.

Wilt spinach with garlic in microwave 10-12 seconds. Layer on top of hummus.

Place soft-boiled egg on top of spinach and slice egg in half.

Garnish with salt and red pepper flakes, as desired.
