Ingredients

> 2 tbsps Sabra® Classic Hummus
> 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
> 1/2 cup fresh spinach
> 1 tsp chopped garlic
> 1 egg, soft-boiled
> red pepper flakes, to taste
> salt, to taste

Steps

Spread Sabra® Classic Hummus over toasted sourdough.

Wilt spinach with garlic in microwave 10-12 seconds. Layer on top of hummus.

Place soft-boiled egg on top of spinach and slice egg in half.

Garnish with salt and red pepper flakes, as desired.
