Ingredients
>
1/2 (16 oz) bag chopped kale greens, stems cut into 1-inch pieces
>
1 (12 oz) bag broccoli florets, cut into 1-inch pieces
>
6 tbsp Nature's Promise® Organic Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, divided
>
2 tbsp olive oil
>
4 (4 oz) fillets frozen Nature's Promise® Wild Caught Alaskan salmon
Steps
1
Arrange two oven racks in the upper and lower thirds of oven. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line two large sheet pans with parchment. To one sheet pan, add the kale, broccoli, 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce, and the oil. Toss together to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in an even layer. Bake for 12–14 min., until vegetables are tender.

Meanwhile, arrange the salmon skin-sides down on the second sheet pan. Season with salt and pepper. Brush remaining 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce all over salmon. Bake for 8–12 min., until salmon flakes easily. When done, serve salmon with vegetables.
