Ingredients

1 small red onion

1 (3 oz) jar capers

1/4 cup dill

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 (4 oz) pkg smoked salmon

1/2 cup sour cream

Peel and finely chop the red onion. Drain and finely chop the capers. Chop the dill. In a small bowl, combine red onion, garlic, capers, lemon juice, and dill.

Lay a slice of smoked salmon on a latke and top with a spoonful of caper relish and a small dollop of sour cream.
Tips
This makes enough to top about 18 latkes.
