Smoked Salmon Snack Plate

This snack plate comes with all the fixings: smoked salmon, fresh veggies, crunchy bagel chips, and a lemony sour cream for dipping. It’s a lighter version of lox and bagels, and it’s perfectly portioned for one so you don’t have to share.

Ingredients

> 1/2 lemon
> 2 tbsp FAGE ® Sour Cream
> 1/2 cup bagel chips
> 1/2 (4 oz) pkg sliced smoked salmon
> 1 mini cucumber, quartered lengthwise
> 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
> 1/4 tsp sesame seeds

Into a small bowl, grate ¼ tsp zest from the lemon and squeeze ½ tsp juice. Add the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper and mix until combined.

Arrange the bagel chips, smoked salmon, cucumber, and tomatoes on a plate with the sour cream. Sprinkle cucumber with the sesame seeds.
