Southwest Dip

This dip, which combines some of the most familiar flavors of the Southwest, is as easy as “uno-dos-tres”. Make it in an instant and serve it as a companion to cut vegetables or corn chips… or add a dollop to your own award-winning chili recipe.

Ingredients

> 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
> 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
> 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
> 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
> 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

Steps

Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in medium bowl; mix until blended and refrigerate. When ready to serve, fold in shredded cheese. Serve with assorted cut vegetables, like red and green peppers, or corn chips.
