> 1 (16 oz) pkg angel hair pasta
> 1 (12 oz) pkg frozen California blend vegetables
> 1 lb spicy turkey or pork sausage links
> 1 tbsp olive oil
> 1 cup diced onion
> 1 tbsp minced garlic
> 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
> 1 (32 oz) jar tomato sauce
> 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta and vegetables according to their respective package directions. Drain the pasta.
Meanwhile, cut the sausage into 1-inch chunks. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add sausage and diced onion. Cook, stirring occasionally until sausages and onions are browned, 5 min.
Add the garlic and pepper flakes and cook for 1 min., stirring frequently.
Add the tomato sauce. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to low. Toss with cooked pasta and serve with a garnish of Parmesan and a side of vegetables.
