Spinach-Artichoke French Bread Pizza

Ingredients

> 1 large loaf French bread
> 1 (8 oz) tub cream cheese spread with chives & onions, room temperature
> 1/2 (16 oz) bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry
> 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, well drained and chopped
> 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 425°F. Slice the bread in half crosswise, then split each piece in half lengthwise to get 4 equal-size pieces with a flat surface. Place cut-sides up on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with 2 tbsp olive oil. Bake 5–6 min., until lightly toasted.

Meanwhile, to a large bowl, add the cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, and ½ cup mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper and mix together until combined.

Evenly spread cream cheese mixture on bread pieces. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup mozzarella on top. Bake 7–9 min., until cheese is melted. Cut each piece in half to serve.
