1 (14.5 oz) bag Stauffer's ® Iced Animal Shaped Cookies

8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
>
1 (4.5 oz) bar white chocolate
>
3 cups mini marshmallows

Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Place parchment paper in a 9 x 9-inch square baking pan with a few inches hanging out on the sides.

Add granulated sugar, melted unsalted butter, and Stauffer’s Iced Animal Cookies to a food processor and blend until the contents are smooth. Evenly distribute the cookie mixture across the baking pan, pressing down with a spatula or your fingers if necessary. Place the baking pan in the oven for 5 minutes. Once you take the baking pan out of the oven, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate bar on the cookie layer. Place the baking pan back in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Remove the baking pan again and place mini marshmallows on top of the now melted chocolate. After switching the oven to broil mode, return the baking pan until the marshmallow topping become golden brown. Finally, remove the baking pan and allow the contents to cool completely. Lift the contents out using the parchment paper and cut into square bars. Serve to your friends and family!
