Ingredients

1 (10 oz) pkg lo mein egg noodles

1 bunch green onions

2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
>
2 tbsp sesame oil
>
2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
>
1 (12 oz) bag Nature's Promise ® Cooked Extra-Large Shrimp, thawed and tails removed
>
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

In a medium pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Meanwhile, trim the green onions. Cut the green parts into 1-inch strips and roughly chop the white parts. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and 3 tbsp water.

In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat the sesame oil on medium-high. Add green onions and cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 4–5 min., until cabbage is softened, stirring occasionally. Add the shrimp and cook 2–3 min., until shrimp is warm. Add the soy sauce mixture and noodles to skillet. Toss to combine. Garnish with the cilantro and serve.
