Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Bowl

> 2 cups strawberries, hulled, plus more for garnish
> 1 tbsp honey
> 4 oz silken tofu, drained
> 1/4 cup orange juice
> 1/4 cup Michele’s Granola® Original Flavor
> 1 small banana, sliced


In a blender, purée the strawberries, honey, tofu, and orange juice until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and top with the granola and banana. Garnish with additional sliced strawberries, if desired.
