Strawberry Jam Pizza

Dessert Pizza? Yes, please! Using chickpea flour for dough makes a kind of crepe whose flavor is a perfect complement to La Vieja Fábrica Strawberry Spread. Perfect for any occasion!

> 1 cup chickpea flour
> 1 cup water
> Pinch of salt
> 1 tbsp olive oil

Pizza Toppings

> 1/4 cup La Vieja Fábrica Strawberry Fruit Spread  (or substitute with La Vieja Fabrica Raspberry, Blueberry, or Blackberry)
> 1 banana, sliced
> 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
> 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
> 1/4 cup walnuts
> 2 tbsp raisins


To prepare the dough, mix the chickpea flour with the water and oil. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour the dough.
Cook for about 2 minutes or until golden. Flip the dough and cook for another 2 minutes.
To serve, spread the La Vieja Strawberry spread on the cooked dough. Top with sliced bananas, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts and raisins.

We have chosen raspberries, strawberries and walnuts to use as toppings, but like any pizza, it’s completely up to you. You can try different fruits, depending on what you have at home. However, we recommend using fresh dry fruits and keeping the walnuts as the crunchiness is delicious on this dessert!
