> 2 cups frozen strawberries
> 2 cups plain yogurt
> 1 cup frozen mango
> 1 cup mango nectar or mango juice


Set the strawberries and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide smoothie among 4 cups, making sure to fill each only halfway. Reserve any extra for another use.
Clean the blender and fill with mango and mango juice. Blend mixture until well blended and top each strawberry smoothie with the mango blend. Gently stir to even out the layers.
