Thai Chicken Burritos

Chicken fingers and crunchy slaw mix are wrapped in flour tortillas for a Thai spin on burritos in this easy 5-ingredient lunch or dinner. Serve extra peanut sauce on the side for dipping.

> 1/2 (25 oz) bag frozen breaded chicken strips
> 4 large burrito-size flour tortillas
> 1/2 cup mild peanut sauce, plus more to serve
> 2 cups packaged rainbow slaw mix
> 4 green onions, trimmed and thinly sliced


Cook the chicken in oven or air fryer according to package directions. Meanwhile, wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave on high 30 sec., until soft.
Divide the peanut sauce among tortillas. Top with the slaw mix, green onions, and chicken tenders. Fold bottom of 1 tortilla over filling toward center. Fold sides of tortilla in toward center and roll up to close burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve immediately with more peanut sauce for dipping, if desired.
