Ingredients

> 1/2 cup sugar
> 1 (12 oz) pkg fresh cranberries
> 2 (3 oz) boxes strawberry or raspberry gelatin dessert mix, like Jell-O®

Steps

1
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, cranberries, and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil and reduce to low. Simmer 10 min.
2
Add the gelatin dessert and stir until mix has dissolved. Remove from heat. Transfer sauce to a 4- to 5-cup greased mold, like a Bundt pan. Let cool 10–15 min., then loosely cover with plastic. Refrigerate at least overnight or up to 3 days. To unmold, remove plastic wrap on top and invert onto a plate.

Tips

If you don’t have a small mold, substitute with a greased loaf pan, bowl, or individual ramekins.
