Tipsy Noodles with Shrimp

This easy Thai-inspired dinner is packed with vegetables from a store-bought stir-fry kit. Try swapping the shrimp for chicken or beef for another version of this recipe.

Ingredients

> 1/2 (16 oz) pkg linguine rice noodles
> 1 (12.5 oz) bag Teriyaki Veggies and Sauce Stir Fry Kit
> 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
> 2 tbsp oyster sauce
> 1/4 cup Nature's Promise® Sesame Teriyaki Marinade
> 2 tbsp sesame oil
> 3 cloves garlic, minced
> 1 lb frozen large raw shrimp, thawed
> 1 cup roughly chopped basil

Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the sauce from the stir-fry kit, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame teriyaki marinade, and ¼ cup water.

In a 12-inch skillet, heat the oil on medium. Add the stir-fry vegetables and garlic. Cook 5–7 min., until vegetables are soft. Add the shrimp and season with pepper. Cook 3–5 min., until shrimp are fully cooked. Pour the sauce into skillet and combine with shrimp and vegetables.

To skillet, stir in noodles and basil. Toss to combine and cook another 3–5 min., until heated through.

Tips

Use regular linguine if you can’t find linguine rice noodles.
