Ingredients

1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini

1 pint grape tomatoes

1 (8 oz) pkg mozzarella pearls

1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
>
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes. To a large bowl, add tomatoes, mozzarella, and vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. When tortellini is done, add to bowl, tossing gently to combine. Garnish with the basil and serve.
