5 oz (1 1/4 cups) Treasure Cave ® Crumbled Blue Cheese, divided

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp honey
>
1 1/2 cups blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, cleaned and coarsely chopped, divided, plus extra for garnish
>
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, divided

Remove 1 tablespoon Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese; set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine remaining Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese and cream cheese. Beat until fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Add honey, chopped fruit, and 3 tablespoons walnuts. Beat until pink in color and fruit is well blended. Spoon into serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle reserved Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese and remaining tablespoon walnuts over top and serve.
