Ingredients

1 cup packed Nature's Promise ® Organic Fresh Spinach

1 cup frozen pineapple and/or mango

3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup chopped cucumber and/or celery
>
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
>
1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
>
2-3 ice cubes
>
1/2 cup protein granola
>
1/2 cup mixed berries
>
1 tbsp unsweetened flaked coconut
>
2 tbsp Nature's Promise ® Chia Seeds

In a blender, combine the spinach, pineapple or mango, yogurt, cucumber or celery, almond milk, ginger, if using, and ice cubes. Blend 1–2 min., until smooth. Divide between 2 bowls.

Top with the granola, berries, coconut, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
