Ingredients

> 1/4 cup cooked brown rice
> 1/4 cup deli tuna salad
> 1/4 cup shredded carrots
> 1/2 small ripe avocado, sliced
> 4 sheets Nature's Promise® Sea Salt Seaweed Snacks
> Sriracha, to serve (optional)
> 1/2 cup fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed

Steps

Arrange the rice, tuna salad, carrots, and avocado on a plate. To assemble, spread 1 tbsp rice on a seaweed sheet, then top with 1 tbsp tuna salad, 1 tbsp shredded carrots, and a few avocado slices. Lightly drizzle with the sriracha, if desired. Enjoy immediately with the sugar snap peas on the side, then assemble remaining bites.
