Arrange the rice, tuna salad, carrots, and avocado on a plate. To assemble, spread 1 tbsp rice on a seaweed sheet, then top with 1 tbsp tuna salad, 1 tbsp shredded carrots, and a few avocado slices. Lightly drizzle with the sriracha, if desired. Enjoy immediately with the sugar snap peas on the side, then assemble remaining bites.
