> 2 cups old-fashioned oats
> 1 cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
> 2 cups almond milk
> 3 tbsp chia seeds
> 2 tbsp maple syrup
> 1/2 tsp cinnamon
> 1 tsp vanilla extract
> 2 cups strawberries


Hull and slice the strawberries and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide into 4 mason jars or smaller plastic containers. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast or a snack the next day!
