2 cups old-fashioned oats

1 cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt

2 cups almond milk

3 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp maple syrup

Steps

Hull and slice the strawberries and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide into 4 mason jars or smaller plastic containers. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast or a snack the next day!
