Violife Christmas Cinnamon Donuts

For the Dough:

> 1 cup lukewarm water
> 3 tbsp sugar
> 3 tbsp instant yeast
> 5 tbsp vegan margarine
> 2 cups flour
> 1 tsp baking powder
> 3/4 tsp salt
> 1/2- 1 cup sunflower oil

For Sprinkling:

> 4 tbsp cinnamon
> 1 1/2 cup sugar

For Glaze:

> 2 (7.05 oz) pkgs Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original
> 4 tbsp maple syrup

Using a stand mixer with dough hook, gradually combine water, sugar, yeast, and vegan margarine. When fully mixed, add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix on low. When dough forms, increase mixing speed to high. Continue to mix until dough becomes smooth and elastic.

Transfer dough to oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow dough to rise for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.

Carefully bring a frying pan with 2” of sunflower oil to 375°F. Fry 2-3 doughnuts at a time until completely golden brown and dab excess oil with a paper towel.

Roll donuts in cinnamon sugar while warm. Prepare the glaze by mixing Violife just like Cream Cheese and maple syrup
