Break the shredded chicken into smaller pieces and halve the grapes. Set in a large bowl along with walnuts and celery.

Whisk yogurt together with mustard, vinegar, and honey until smooth. Toss the chicken mixture with the dressing until fully combined. Serve over mixed greens or on a sandwich.
