Ingredients

> 6 oz non-fat vanilla yogurt
> 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
> 1/8 tsp lemon or orange zest
> 1 red apple, cored and cut into chunks
> 1 green apple, cored and cut into chunks
> 1/4 cup seedless raisins or chopped dates
> 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
