Ingredients

6 oz non-fat vanilla yogurt

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp lemon or orange zest

1 red apple, cored and cut into chunks

1 green apple, cored and cut into chunks
>
1/4 cup seedless raisins or chopped dates
>
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans

In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, cinnamon and zest.

Add apples and raisins and stir to coat evenly.

Spoon fruit mixture into 4 serving bowls. Garnish with nuts.
